Rules have been put in place to ensure the environment is safe for students and staff
iBalance Dance Studio LLC expects all staff, students and parents to behave in a considerate and courteous manner toward each other at all times. Students and Parents who wish to discuss an issue or policy with teacher or director, should be done calmly and respectfully way. If a situation arises when parents or students behave in a aggressive or disrespectful manner will be asked to unenroll from classes without refund.
Attendance/ Lateness's/ Adding or Dropping Classes/ Pick-Up & Drop Off’s
Students must attempt to be present to each class, if student will not be able to attend class please contact director via email. If student misses 3 consecutive weeks of class will be asked to take a make up class if they are not able to catch up during regular scheduled classes. Make ups for missed classes to be announced.
Please take note that NO tuition adjustments will be made due to absences
In the event a student misses the first week of class, when tuition is due in order to resume classes tuition must paid up to date.
Being on time is very important, classes start with a warm-up to reduce the risk of any injuries to students and staff.
If a student is more than 15 mins late they will be able to join class but must be able to catch up
If a student would like to add a class, drop a class (example continue ballet/jazz but drop tap) or withdraw from the program, they must do so by October 1st, 2019 and must be made through director via email. Please keep in mind that tuition for that month is still due, all tuition fees will be discontinued moving forward.
All authorized personnel must be 18 years or older with a proper identification, NO student will be allowed to leave the premises without the director or teacher’s approval. If a person that is not listed on the emergency contact information form or not listed as a authorized person to pick student up, the parent or guardian must contact the director or teacher in a timely fashion. We have our students best interest when it comes to safety.
If a student become ill during the programs and needs to be withdrawn from program , please contact director.
When inclement weather occurs parents will be notified via email or text about class cancellations. Make Up/Reschedule classes (due to inclement weather) will be held at the end of the month, after all classes have taken placed for the day.
The health and safety of our students is our highest priority and with fears escalating over the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to reassure you that we are taking every precaution. iBalance Dance Studio will follow the recommendations set forth by the CDC (center for disease and control) Steps to Prevent Illness as we serve our students. We will continue to actively clean and disinfect all areas of the studio throughout our class days.
We requires students to wash and sanitizing their hands before entering and leaving studio.
